This Privacy Policy explains how CalcNSave ("we", "us") handles information when you use CalcNSave.com. We aim to collect as little personal data as possible and to be clear about what we do collect.

• Comments. When you post a comment, we store the name and comment you submit, and — if you choose to provide it — your email address. Your email is optional and is never displayed publicly; we use it only to contact you about your comment if needed.
• Contact messages. If you use our contact form, we store the name, email and message you send so we can respond.
• Calculator inputs. Calculations run in your browser. The values you enter may be reflected in the page URL so you can bookmark or share a result, but we do not store your calculator inputs on our servers.
• Usage data. With your consent, analytics tools collect standard, largely anonymised information such as pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate region, to help us improve the site.

Cookies

We use essential cookies needed to run the site, and analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to understand how the site is used. We plan to introduce a consent banner that lets you decline non-essential cookies; until then, you can block or clear cookies at any time through your browser settings, or use a browser extension or the Google Analytics opt-out add-on — the site works fully without them.

Comments and contact messages are stored using our database provider (Supabase). We retain them for as long as needed to operate the site and moderate content, and we apply reasonable measures to protect them.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers that help us run the site (such as analytics, advertising and hosting providers) and where required by law.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have submitted (for example, a comment or contact message). To make a request, contact us at the address below.

This site is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
